Refund & Returns Policy
1. All Sales Final
Due to the perishable, temperature-sensitive, and research-grade nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. No Returns Accepted
Research peptides and chemical compounds cannot be accepted as returns once shipped due to: (a) the perishable nature of the compounds; (b) inability to verify storage conditions after delivery; (c) regulatory and safety considerations. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the return request.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, visibly defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with: (a) your order number; (b) clear photographs of the package exterior; (c) clear photographs of the product and label; and (d) a description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered. DiPerna Services, LLC d/b/a J.Pharma reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim is eligible and what remedy, if any, is appropriate. Eligible remedies may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier (not simply delayed), contact us with your order details. We will investigate with the carrier. DiPerna Services, LLC d/b/a J.Pharma is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer, or for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Refund Processing
In the rare event a refund is approved at our sole discretion, it will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method where technically feasible. Cash and cryptocurrency payments may be refunded via store credit.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting J.Pharma to attempt resolution constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide transaction records to payment processors. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned.
