Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM EST are typically dispatched the same business day, subject to payment confirmation and inventory availability.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging. No product names, compound names, or J.Pharma branding appear on the exterior of packages.
Domestic Shipping Only
J.Pharma currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Customer Compliance Responsibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that ordering and receiving these products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in their jurisdiction. DiPerna Services, LLC d/b/a J.Pharma assumes no liability for orders that are seized, delayed, or refused by any authority. No refunds will be issued for orders affected by legal or regulatory action.
Shipping Liability
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, J.Pharma's liability is limited to the remedies described in our Refund Policy. DiPerna Services, LLC d/b/a J.Pharma is not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, theft after delivery, or damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via text or WhatsApp after your order ships.
Damaged or Missing Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the package and product. We will assess and resolve eligible issues on a case-by-case basis.
